Weco (Pty) Ltd has over 4 decades of experience in the precision engineering sector in South Africa. We pride ourselves on the production of high precision component wear parts for various industries and offer a specialized service to the mining and quarrying sector for the service and repair of drifters.
Our production factory and drifter repair facility is situated in Chamdor, Mogale City (Krugersdorp). A large and well-equipped space with a variety of CNC and conventional engineering machines. A temperature controlled test and inspection room fully equipped with calibrated measuring equipment, staff canteen facilities and our in house training and skills centre.
Drifter Spares & Drill Rig Components
At Weco, we manufacture the majority of our components in-house in our precision engineering workshop, including all guides, bearing bushes, pistons, rotation gears and seals. We also provide a variety of drill rig components designed to improve the maintenance life and service costs of your drilling fleet.
Precision Engineering
Our manufacturing facility consists of 2000m² under roof with over 15 different CNC machines, which produce over 300 components per month. Our team consists of highly skilled artisans from a variety of engineering backgrounds. We are able to machine a variety of different items of varied material types.
